Rajasthan Human Care Foundation (RHCF-INDIA)  is a non-profit, non-political voluntary organization which was registered under Rajasthan Societies Registration Act 1958. RHCF-INDIA is involved in the development of rural and tribal areas along with urban development. RHCF-INDIA has various activities in the field of Water and Sanitation, Irrigation, Natural Resource Management Agriculture, Horticulture, Livestock, Watershed, Livelihoods, Income Generation, Right to Education, health, Empowerment of Women and value addition, Vocational Trainings, Skill up gradation, Rights of the Tribal Communities. RHCF-INDIA is the organization which believes in working transparently and flawlessly, it has a goal to make the community a better place to live for all the human beings and other organisms. RHCF-INDIA has a vision to create a community where everyone is equal with equal opportunities of growth. Since its inception, RHCF-INDIA is working closely with the community and understands the needs for community. RHCF-INDIA follows unique and different ways for the development of community which results in accelerating development of the society.

Its Geographical  operational area is whole of Rajasthan since last 15 years of its existence and it is in urge to spreading its wings outside Rajasthan in whole India, RHCF-INDIA has Successfully implemented number of projects in Water and sanitation,  Agriculture, Horticulture, Livestock, Watershed, sponsored by various national and international agencies of repute like  European Union, World bank UNICEF,  Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Ministry of Forest and Environment GoI, National Highway Authority of India(NHAI), Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Central Social Welfare Board, Ministry of Industry GoI,  Ministry of Textiles, NABARD, Department of PHED, DRDA, WCD, ICCW,  Irrigation, District Industrial Centre (DIC),Govt. of Rajasthan etc.

RHCF-INDIA has in depth experience in mobilizing the community and this aspect is successful key of ongoing programmes of Rajasthan Agriculture Competitiveness Programme (RACP) in Dholpur & Jhalawar Districts, Soil Health Lab in 5 Districts, IWRM under State Water Resource Planning Department the districts of Pali  being sponsored by EU, World Bank  and Govt. of Rajasthan.
